Sponsorship Opportunities – Music in the Park

Support live music and connect with the community by becoming a sponsor of the Music in the Park summer concert series! Choose a sponsorship level that aligns with your business goals and budget while gaining valuable exposure throughout the season.

Diamond Sponsor – $7,500 (Exclusive – 1 Available)

As our premier Diamond Sponsor, your business will receive top-tier recognition throughout the concert season. Your logo will be prominently displayed on all marketing materials, including the concert website, social media, and print advertising. You'll also be thanked from the stage at every concert and receive exclusive promotional opportunities.

Platinum Concert Sponsor – $2,000 (2 Available)

Join us as a co-host of the Summer Concert Series! Your business name and logo will be prominently featured in all advertising, social media, and print communications. For 15 weeks of summer, a large banner behind the gazebo stage will showcase your sponsorship, ensuring visibility at every performance. You'll also receive:

  • Recognition on the series calendar and weekly band posters
  • A signed poster from every band to display at your business
  • On-stage recognition throughout the series

Featured Band Sponsor – $1,000

Showcase your business by sponsoring a specific band! During your sponsored concert week, your name and logo will be included in:

  • All advertising, social media, and website promotions
  • Weekly band posters, featuring your logo and a QR code linking to your business
  • On-stage recognition and an opportunity to introduce the band
  • A signed poster from the band to display at your business
  • Presence on the series calendar and event materials

Partner Sponsor – $500

Partner with another sponsor to support a band for one of our concerts! As a Partner Sponsor, you’ll receive:

  • Your logo on the concert poster
  • Media shout-outs and on-stage recognition
  • An opportunity to introduce the band

Supporting Sponsor – $100 to $350

Perfect for businesses with smaller budgets, this sponsorship level helps fund additional concert activities, such as face painters, balloon artists, and fun giveaways for young rockers. Supporting Sponsors receive:

  • Stage recognition during the concert
  • Media shout-outs
  • Logo placement on the concert website

2025 Music in the Park

We are now accepting applications for food vendors for the 2025 season. 

Vendor Information for Concert Nights

  • Limited Availability: Only two vendors are allowed per concert.
  • No Fees: There is no charge for vendors to participate.
  • Power Access: Please note that no power is available on-site.
  • Location: Vendors will be set up on Central Street, which closes to traffic at 4:00 PM.
  • Concert Schedule: Most concerts run from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
  • Arrival Time: Vendors must arrive between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM for setup.
  • Inspection Process: Washtenaw County has developed a new and improved inspection process that is required to operate in the County. Click here to read the about the new process.
