SOME BACKGROUND INFORMATION ON OUR SERVICES

MacDaddy provides far more than just repair services for Macintosh computers.

With over 20 years of technology experience, MacDaddy provides on-site training, consulting, research, analysis, systems and IT services (repair, integration, etc.), focused on Apple's OS X operating system (client and server) and associated Apple Macintosh and Xserve hardware, including the PowerPC line (eMac, iMac, iBook, PowerBook, and PowerMac) as well as the newer Intel Macintosh
(iMac, Mac Pro, MacBook and MacBook Pro) and Xserve technology.  MacDaddy also provides consulting, business need analysis, and integration and support services for associated Apple peripherals and networking products (AirPort, iPod, Time Capsule, various others).  MacDaddy can also design and implement an entire network and IT infrastructure that is stable, reliable, secure, and tailored to the client's business needs and budget requirements (adapted for currently available technology).  Additional consulting is available for use case and implementation of open-source software on the Macintosh platform (Macports, Fink, etc.), although pure-play open-source implementation work is handled through the partner company, TundraNet Services

MacDaddy holds multiple Apple certifications, including servers, software (can fix various software and OS problems), and hardware (also completed repair training).  MacDaddy possesses a wide and deep range of technology experience, including BSD UNIX, Linux, Windows, and even IBM AS/400, which provides a holistic view of a client's technology environment.  MacDaddy is also RedHat RHCE 3/4/5, MS Windows 2000 MCSE/MCDBA, and Cisco CCNA/2003 certified, and holds CompTIA Server+ (install, configure, fix servers) and Network+
(install, configure, fix networks) qualifications, in addition to the Apple hardware and software qualifications mentioned previously.
