Coffee house serving premium gourmet coffees, including dark and medium roasts and a flavor of the day. We offer pastries, soups, sandwiches, teas, smoothies, blended drinks and lots more. We also offer coffee to go in 96 oz. disposable carafes for meetings, etc. The cafe is located in a charming Victorian building with exposed brick walls, hardwood floors, high ceilings and artwork created by local artists adorn the walls. Our hours are Monday - Friday 6:00 AM - 5:30 PM. Saturday 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM and Sunday 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM.

Setting the Standard for Community Service Reviewed by Gordon Darr, 2008-05-11 Tim Horvath, and his team at Bearclaw, deserve great credit for their devotion to community. Some people complain about the local economy, and lack of people coming in to town to spend their money. Tim DOES something about it. From his proactive involvement with community events like Dexter Daze, to his support for the Farewell to Summer Music Fest, to working to make Victorian Christmas 2007 successful, and serving on the steering committe for the Encore Music Theatre Larry Gatlin Concert in January 2008 - Tim has been there, and has been the epitome of professionalism and service. Who can forget the live music at Victorian Christmas, or the free coffee and treats for the Encore artists? Tom gets out, meets people, and does good things, expecting nothing in return. Don't be surprised if Bearclaw establishes itself as one of the most prosperous businesses in Dexter, in our generation! |
